Pure Mortgage is a modern, independent mortgage and insurance broker. We help our clients secure the best mortgage and insurance deals on the market, all our advice is based on the individual needs and personal circumstances of our customers.
We are a whole of market mortgage broker. This means we can search the entire mortgage market to find a deal suited to your circumstances. We are not owned by, or tied to, any single lender, so our recommendations are based on what’s right for you.
We offer a one to one, bespoke service to all our clients. We understand that securing a mortgage can be challenging. Our job is to help our clients finance and protect their property in the quickest and most convenient way possible.
We charge a fee of between £395 and £495, depending on the complexity of your case, for arranging your mortgage. This fee is payable on production of your mortgage offer, or on completion for lifetime mortgages. We may also receive commission from the lender. The exact fee applicable to your circumstances, along with any commission, will be confirmed in writing before you proceed, so you always know the full cost before committing.
MEET THE TEAM
Pure Mortgage was founded by director James Wadsworth. James has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and spent 15 years as a branch manager for a successful high street bank. James is a fully qualified mortgage and protection advisor and also qualified to advise on all forms of later life lending including Equity Release plans such as lifetime mortgages and home reversion plans along side retirement interest only mortgages. Over the last three decades James has built an extensive knowledge and expertise within the industry and helped countless people achieve their goals.
Alex is the Office Manager at Pure Mortgage. She is a client’s first point of contact, ensuring that the journey from initial enquiry to completion and beyond is taken care of seamlessly.
Alex has a background in Management, Customer Service and Training, spanning varied industries including Wine, Skincare and Property. Alongside overseeing the day-to-day running of the Pure Mortgage office, Alex is studying for the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
